MCCGC Healing Space Schedule

The Healing Space, located in the Sand Lake room on the Lobby Level (L), is a relaxing and mystical environment that’s here to soothe and nurture you, as well as to offer a quiet place of relief from the hustle and bustle of Conference.

Whether you would like to ask a staff member for emotional support, privately ritualize feelings of sadness or anger, unwind by coloring or journaling, charge your phone without making conversation, or stretch, breathe and meditate, the Healing Space can help.

The Healing Space is open all day and night M-Th, except for the hours of 6:20-7:20, with services happening at the times listed below.

You can review rates and sign up for Chair Massage outside the Sand Lake Room.  All other services are free and offered on a drop-in basis.

Monday
